Cancer Navigators’ Annual Wreath Sale and Auction Will Begin Monday, Nov. 11
Cancer Navigators annual wreath sale and auction started Monday, Nov. 11. Many of the wreaths have been designed by area artists, florists, garden clubs, businesses and interior designers, donating their own time and material.Funds raised through the sale and auction will help Cancer Navigators support and provide resources for local cancer patients.
Cancer Navigators, a not-for-profit organization, works with individual patients to help them get needed resources during their cancer journey and to help them with the emotional and stress of cancer treatment.
It also offers support groups, retreats, nutrition supplements, financial/insurance assistance, food and transportation. For additional information, contact Jonna Duke at 706-509-5040.
More than 90 wreaths will be for sale in the lobby and on the third floor of the Harbin Clinic Cancer Center from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cash, checks and credit cards will be accepted. Click here to see those wreaths.
Also, a silent auction for some wreaths will be held beginning Monday through Nov. 22 in the Wright Art Gallery on the second floor of Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center. Click here to see those wreaths. Clipboards will be below each wreath to write in bids. Winners will be contacted Nov. 22.
