Give and Receive on #Giving Tuesday, Nov. 29
Giving Tuesday is a global giving day held each year the Tuesday after Thanksgiving that encourages communities to do good and ushers in the charitable giving season. This year, Giving Tuesday falls on November 29, and Cancer Navigators and three Rome businesses are turning it into a three-day event to help local cancer patients with transportation to treatments. From Tuesday, November 29 – Thursday, December 1, donate at least a $20 gas card* at one or all the below businesses and receive a special discount. Most importantly, know you are helping a cancer patient in crisis get to treatments, giving a patient the opportunity to fight cancer, and increasing a patient’s chances of survival – gifts that keep on giving!
