Retreat For Mind, Body and Spirit Scheduled for Nov. 12

Free, Day Retreat Planned for November 12

Take time to recharge your mind, body, and spirit during a one-day retreat on Saturday, November 12. Attendees can expect to participate in chair yoga, meditation and just being in silence; this is an ideal retreat for first-time attendees. The event is free, and lunch will be provided. The retreat will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the main branch of First National Community Bank, 501 Broad St., Downtown Rome. Dr. Matt Mumber and Heather Reed will serve as the facilitators.
