Grants Help Area Cancer Patients
Cancer Navigators received a number of grants in 2019 that helped area cancer patients. Below is a list of grants and which programs they benefited:

- North Georgia Electric Membership Corporation Operation Round-Up, $450, transportation and nutrition
- Catholic Foundation of North Georgia, $2,500, transportation and nutrition
- Community Foundation of Northwest Georgia, $1,000, transportation for patients from Gordon & Whitfield counties
- Georgia Power Foundation, $3,000, transportation and nutrition
- Mary Allen Lindsey Branan Foundation – $10,000, transportation, nutrition, counseling
- Mowhawk Carpet Foundation – 2,000, transportation
- Cartersville, East Rome & Rockmart Walmart Stores & Rome Samʼs Club – $2,000, nutrition
- Kroger Foundation – $500, nutrition
- Medline – $5,000, counseling
