Retreat Planned for February
Cancer Navigators will hold a free Day of Re-Membering One-Day Retreat on Saturday, Feb. 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event at Forrest Place, 436 Broad St., will focus on yoga, meditation and being in silence. Cancer survivors, caregivers, former and current retreat and support group participants, health care providers and donors are invited to attend. Breakfast and lunch will provided. Facilitators will be Dr. Matt Mumber and Heather Reed. Space is limited to the first 30 reservations. Call Cancer Navigators at 706.509.5040 to reserve your spot.
