Local Artist Promoting Breast Cancer Awareness with Unique Sale
One Rome artist is helping support those battling breast cancer in a creative way. Local entrepreneur and artist Siri Selle is hosting her first Splash of Pink event this October. This month-long event highlights an exclusive collection of her paintings that feature the color pink.
During National Breast Cancer Awareness month, 40 percent of profits from Siri’s Splash of Pink art collection will be donated to Cancer Navigators.
Siri’s pink collection is available to view online at studiosiri.com or at Siri Studio located at 1205 Dean Ave., Rome.
This sale is part of Siri’s HeARTworks program, which was created in 2007. She donates portions of her artwork profits or the actual artwork to local charities in the hope to make a difference in the community, one painting at a time.
