This free retreat at Many Streams Ranch near Rome, GA, is for all former and current retreat and support group participants, and Cancer Navigators staff, board members, providers, and donors. Participants will be guided through gentle practices including yoga, time spent in nature, meditation, and being in silence. Facilitators are Dr. Matt Mumber and Heather Reed.
